Working out

Well as some of you know I've been working out a lot lately trying to accomplish some goals. My sister and I have been working out together three days a week together and we each have our own personal trainer who works with us for an hour on a different day. We have choosen to take Mon and Fri off to rest then we have one day where we do our own thing.

Well this morning after we swimmed laps we got into the hot tube I did not realize it but the whole time my sister still had the goggles on but they were on her forhead and once we were in the locker room getting our things for a shower she took the goggles off and tha-dah this is what she had on her forehead. I started laughing of course and she was like what so I said your head I gotta take a pic of it, so here is a pic of my sis ^_^ I did ask her if it was ok if I blogged about her and she said people are going to know who I am I said nah only three or four people at work even knows about the blog and she said ok. I love her! What a great trooper. Lesson learned don't wear goggles on your forehead in the hot tub because they will make you look like an alien.
