"Imagine if the Tea Party Was Black" - by Tim Wise

Let’s play a game, shall we? The name of the game is called “Imagine.” The way it’s played is simple: we’ll envision recent happenings in the news, but then change them up a bit. Instead of envisioning white people as the main actors in the scenes we’ll conjure - the ones who are driving the action - we’ll envision black folks or other people of color instead. The object of the game is to imagine the public reaction to the events or incidents, if the main actors were of color, rather than white. Whoever gains the most insight into the workings of race in America, at the end of the game, wins.

So let’s begin.

Imagine that hundreds of black protesters were to descend upon Washington DC and Northern Virginia, just a few miles from the Capitol and White House, armed with AK-47s, assorted handguns, and ammunition. And imagine that some of these protesters —the black protesters — spoke of the need for political revolution, and possibly even armed conflict in the event that laws they didn’t like were enforced by the government? Would these protester — these black protesters with guns — be seen as brave defenders of the Second Amendment, or would they be viewed by most whites as a danger to the republic? What if they were Arab-Americans? Because, after all, that’s what happened recently when white gun enthusiasts descended upon the nation’s capital, arms in hand, and verbally announced their readiness to make war on the country’s political leaders if the need arose.

Imagine that white members of Congress, while walking to work, were surrounded by thousands of angry black people, one of whom proceeded to spit on one of those congressmen for not voting the way the black demonstrators desired. Would the protesters be seen as merely patriotic Americans voicing their opinions, or as an angry, potentially violent, and even insurrectionary mob? After all, this is what white Tea Party protesters did recently in Washington.

Imagine that a rap artist were to say, in reference to a white president: “He’s a piece of shit and I told him to suck on my machine gun.” Because that’s what rocker Ted Nugent said recently about President Obama.

Imagine that a prominent mainstream black political commentator had long employed an overt bigot as Executive Director of his organization, and that this bigot regularly participated in black separatist conferences, and once assaulted a white person while calling them by a racial slur. When that prominent black commentator and his sister — who also works for the organization — defended the bigot as a good guy who was misunderstood and “going through a tough time in his life” would anyone accept their excuse-making? Would that commentator still have a place on a mainstream network? Because that’s what happened in the real world, when Pat Buchanan employed as Executive Director of his group, America’s Cause, a blatant racist who did all these things, or at least their white equivalents: attending white separatist conferences and attacking a black woman while calling her the n-word.

Imagine that a black radio host were to suggest that the only way to get promoted in the administration of a white president is by “hating black people,” or that a prominent white person had only endorsed a white presidential candidate as an act of racial bonding, or blamed a white president for a fight on a school bus in which a black kid was jumped by two white kids, or said that he wouldn’t want to kill all conservatives, but rather, would like to leave just enough—“living fossils” as he called them—“so we will never forget what these people stood for.” After all, these are things that Rush Limbaugh has said, about Barack Obama’s administration, Colin Powell’s endorsement of Barack Obama, a fight on a school bus in Belleville, Illinois in which two black kids beat up a white kid, and about liberals, generally.

Imagine that a black pastor, formerly a member of the U.S. military, were to declare, as part of his opposition to a white president’s policies, that he was ready to “suit up, get my gun, go to Washington, and do what they trained me to do.” This is, after all, what Pastor Stan Craig said recently at a Tea Party rally in Greenville, South Carolina.

Imagine a black radio talk show host gleefully predicting a revolution by people of color if the government continues to be dominated by the rich white men who have been “destroying” the country, or if said radio personality were to call Christians or Jews non-humans, or say that when it came to conservatives, the best solution would be to “hang ‘em high.” And what would happen to any congressional representative who praised that commentator for “speaking common sense” and likened his hate talk to “American values?” After all, those are among the things said by radio host and best-selling author Michael Savage, predicting white revolution in the face of multiculturalism, or said by Savage about Muslims and liberals, respectively. And it was Congressman Culbertson, from Texas, who praised Savage in that way, despite his hateful rhetoric.

Imagine a black political commentator suggesting that the only thing the guy who flew his plane into the Austin, Texas IRS building did wrong was not blowing up Fox News instead. This is, after all, what Anne Coulter said about Tim McVeigh, when she noted that his only mistake was not blowing up the New York Times.

Imagine that a popular black liberal website posted comments about the daughter of a white president, calling her “typical redneck trash,” or a “whore” whose mother entertains her by “making monkey sounds.” After all that’s comparable to what conservatives posted about Malia Obama on freerepublic.com last year, when they referred to her as “ghetto trash.”

Imagine that black protesters at a large political rally were walking around with signs calling for the lynching of their congressional enemies. Because that’s what white conservatives did last year, in reference to Democratic party leaders in Congress.

In other words, imagine that even one-third of the anger and vitriol currently being hurled at President Obama, by folks who are almost exclusively white, were being aimed, instead, at a white president, by people of color. How many whites viewing the anger, the hatred, the contempt for that white president would then wax eloquent about free speech, and the glories of democracy? And how many would be calling for further crackdowns on thuggish behavior, and investigations into the radical agendas of those same people of color?

To ask any of these questions is to answer them. Protest is only seen as fundamentally American when those who have long had the luxury of seeing themselves as prototypically American engage in it. When the dangerous and dark “other” does so, however, it isn’t viewed as normal or natural, let alone patriotic. Which is why Rush Limbaugh could say, this past week, that the Tea Parties are the first time since the Civil War that ordinary, common Americans stood up for their rights: a statement that erases the normalcy and “American-ness” of blacks in the civil rights struggle, not to mention women in the fight for suffrage and equality, working people in the fight for better working conditions, and LGBT folks as they struggle to be treated as full and equal human beings.

And this, my friends, is what white privilege is all about. The ability to threaten others, to engage in violent and incendiary rhetoric without consequence, to be viewed as patriotic and normal no matter what you do, and never to be feared and despised as people of color would be, if they tried to get away with half the shit we do, on a daily basis.

Game Over.

Mexico!

If you know me I tease by saying I live in Mexico because of 90% of my neighbors. So yesterday there was a knock on the door and my roommate answered it and it was the landlord saying they needed to spray and that we had to leave for an hour. I was like we were never told they were spraying. So I sucked it and my roommate told them they were getting ready for work and to come back in an hour.

I was watching Dr Phil my man on T.V. when they came back so I didn't get to see the end of the Dr Phil Family story. Which sucked :) Priorities!

While sitting in my car next to the complex a guy on the balcony of a different building called to me I looked up and he asked me in Spanish how I was and I replied in Spanish fine thanks. Why did I do this fuck then he knew I knew Spanish. Then he said in Spanish you want to hang out. I said in English I only know a little Spanish. Then another guy came out and said in English with a strong Spanish accent. He leaned onto the balcony and asked in English if I wanted a beer and I said no thank you he said you sure I said I'm sure. He went back inside then the original guy said in Spanish you want some cocaine and pressed one side of his nose. I think he knows I understand Spanish duh.... So I said no thank you in English. Then he said if you change your mind I'm here in Spanish I said OK.

What is up with strangers asking me weird ass shit these days. Do I have a sign on my forehead saying I love strangers come hang out in my house and let's do some drugs WTF. I am the last person to ask to do drugs. These people are wacked. At least they don't live in my building no telling what else goes on there. Shit like this causes fires LOL LOL..... I crack myself up sometime!

If my life goes to shit and I fall apart at least I will have a connection :) Yeah and my luck I do drugs then I get drug tested from job. That would not be good! So for now I choose to stay drug free.

Beach!

So during my travels my friend asked if I wanted to go to the beach and I said yeah. So her boyfriend and his male friend and I went. It was about 45min away once we arrived we had to run through some small woods to get to the beach. The sign said Mosquitoes ahead (I didn't read the rest of the sign) so there like okay we have to run through here. We took off running once on the other side it was beautiful.

As were walking down the beach I started to see people then the further we got I begin to see nudity and thought OMG is this real. The shock was from not knowing it was cloths optional. This was my first time going to a nude beach. Mind you the person I'm with is Mormon (or was Mormon) so I didn't expect it my first reaction was shock then the photographer in me kicked in and grabbed my camera. Okay I couldn't help it! It was a natural instinct. I found myself shooting pictures of people and the ocean. I could not bring myself to take a picture of a female who was nude I think it's just an unwritten code of conduct LOL ^_^

See these pics are art and tasteful and so are my others. At one point I wondered what the one guy was reading and wanted to ask since he was so focused on the words on the paper. I was to shy to walk up to a nude person and ask a question I thought it was an inappropriate time. Then I thought to myself this is the same awkwardness I feel when men do have cloths on and I'm to shy to walk up and ask a question and/or flirt. Weird huh!! Now I have decided that if I'm interested in a guy I will walk up and ask him a question/flirt if he has cloths on. No more excuses it will be much easier with cloths on.

Once we found a spot I still felt kinda awkward. We moved logs around to block the sand etc... I already had my suit on and my friend hers was in my bag. So she asked for her two piece and changed into her top nothing unusual. Her boyfriend was getting situated and his friend was laying his towel down to get some sun. Then BOOM her boyfriend dropped his pants while standing next to me stark naked all I could do was stare at his penis then I turned my head thinking WTF where am I is this a fucking dream I could have went without seeing my girlfriend boyfriends penis. He looked at me and smiled and she had no care in the world. Needless to say I lost time and watched everything happen from above from that point on.

We laid out in the sun for a while. Then she asked me to go get in the water with her I said okay we went into the water only waist high and were talking as I glanced over to the sand and saw her nude boyfriend sitting on his towel and his friend getting sun with his shorts on. Her boyfriend is very clingy so I wondered how long he would let us stay in the water with out him just as this cross my mind he gets his naked ass up and walk towards the water. I think fuck so he comes into the water and is all over her it was awkward. So she takes her top off in the water then I think shit watching from above not able to say anything. She threw me her top to toss on the beach well it went into the water the he says lets play keep away. Three adults one with a suit, one with only bikini bottoms, and one nude one playing keep away and yes he was in the middle so I had to watch is body parts move as he moved. Then I had my friend boobs bouncing everywhere. I must say it was an experience. Will I do it again hmmm........ I'm not sure. I would like to choose to go and not be thrown into it ya know!

Suicide!

I wrote this May 2nd but apparently it didn't post so here it is (I will move it to May 2nd in a few days):

I’m sad right now but hopeful. I spoke with my friend who lives in another state Sat night early Sunday morning around 1:40am. She called me and I missed the first call because I was sleep. I answered the second call. She was crying and I begin talking with her. She sounded out of it.

She told me she wanted to die I asked if she had done anything and she said yeah that she started taking 4-5 Xanax and another medication at a time and had take at least half of two different bottles. We talked it through it turned out she had taken at least 60 Xanax and I couldn’t understand how many of the other. We talked for about 30min then I told her I loved her and wanted her to live. I reminded her of our deal me made together. I reminded her that I’m alive because of her. I told her If I was close I would come over and make sure she got to the hospital. She keep asking me how do I continue to live with what I’ve gone through and I said because of you and our pack and I’m not going to let you down. So I told her she had a couple choices one for her to go wake up her husband and let me talk to him so he could get her help, or I would call the police to come to her house. She just saw her therapist that day (Sat) and promised not to do anything. When that’s all you can think about a promise means nothing and that’s when you reach out for help again. Sometimes you can only take it one hour at a time.

Mind you during our conversation I was online trying to figure out the city she lived in because I could not remember due to me being under the influence of my sleeping meds myself. I looked up her area code and then I recognized the city. I checked my e-mail for her last name because I could not remember jack. So I finally got it all and was ready to call the police if I needed to. I finally convinced her to wake up her husband and to let me talk to him. She did after talking to her for almost an hour. I told him my name and that I was a friend of his wife and that I had been talking to her for about 50min or so and that she had taken an overdose of pills and needed to go to the hospital. He sighed and said OK.

I waited on the phone because I didn’t know if he was going to give the phone back to her or what. I heard him ask her what she fucking took she couldn’t really explain because I could barely understand her toward the end of the call. He was mad and dropping the F bomb a lot. She took the bottles with her just as I asked her to so she could give them to him. She gave him the bottles and then he started commenting on how much she took. All I was thinking was call the police and quit yelling at her. The phone hung up then I called the local sheriff office and told them I didn’t have an address but a phone number and if they could check to see if she’s OK and gave them her name. I was put on hold several times and then told that her husband just called for an ambulance. I felt a relief after that and said thank you and hung up.

Before the call tonight I hadn’t talked to her since February. She said to me on the phone people and family always say call if you need me and the only person I thought of was you. I told her I was glad she called and that I will always be here for her no matter what. Her and I have been through a lot in our short lives.

My friend and I made a pack together last year and this was when I was going through a really rough time myself and wanted to die. My friend had already had her fair share of death in her family. Because we got so close and connected I told her I choose to live for her so I wrote her a check and made it out to “Life” My friend best friend just died and that’s why she is struggling right now and it’s bring up her feeling of loosing someone close to her. She also deals with her only son death a few years ago while he was a teenager daily in her mind. He got upset one day and went to his room and 5min later she heard a shot-gun go off then she ran to his room and found her son with his head blown off. She deals with a lot and to find your son like that has got to be a mothers worst nightmare. My heart hurts for her a lot but I am here for her no matter what people say.

Last year her therapist told her that it would be best if her and I did not have contact with each other because of the things I was going through and if I killed myself she would be re traumatized and her husband agreed. These were two people judging me without knowing me. So we haven’t spoken much since but WE know WE are there for each other no matter what. We don’t have to talk everyday to know that. Because they don’t know me they fear the unknown so don’t judge me if you don’t know me. She told me what her therapist said the day she told her and wanted to give me a heads up if we don’t talk as much because of it but that we would still talk and be friends. If I need her she is there to talk to and if she needs me I’m there.

Depending on what happen over the next couple days I may go visit her next week if she is home and spend sometime there with her. I’ve never meet her husband but he knows of me I know this is tough for him also. I wish him and my friend well. I will just wait to hear from her.

UPDATE:
Her husband called me at 4:15am and said she’s OK and their at the hospital and they were going to keep her and wanted to thank me for being there for her and for having her wake him up and that he really appreciate it. I told him it was no problem and that once she got out I could drive up there to spend sometime with her if she needed it and he thanked me for that and said that maybe good for her and if you did that I could fly you out so you wont have to do the long drive and I told him I’m fine either way. He said OK we will be in touch.

Morning!

Good morning everyone! I know it early I figure I should blog before I go to the gym. I got up this morning and went outside for some fresh air and to check out the weather as I was sitting there I sat back and closed me eyes enjoying the cool breeze. I open my eyes and I saw a person walk around the corner I didn't think anything of it until I saw he spotted me. Then he started walking toward me. Immediately my guard went up I was in defense mode but not scared I was ready to defend myself.

As he got closer I knew he was coming towards me for sure I didn't get up to go into the house. Why should I its my right to be out there? He got closer then walked up to me and got into my bubble and said can you do me a favor I said "What" (In a stern voice)? (I wanted to say dude its 4 in the fucking morning way too early to be doing favors especially for strangers) He said can I chill in your house for a bit (I thought WTF are you kidding me) I said in a stern voice mind you I have to make my voice the way I did because I'm a soft spoken person "I have people in my house" I said he stood there as to think about it (The one time I wish I had my gun on me) Then he said OK and walked away. I watched him walk away and thought are you serious I can't even feel safe to take a breath of fresh air without being bothered. Once he was out of sight I went back into the house. I'm glad I remained calm it could have went badly not knowing what he was up to.

He didn't know me what if I was the one to be afraid of and said sure let's go inside. Need I say more!

Freaky Friday!

Man replaces ex-girlfriend with custom-made sex doll:

A SEX-starved businessman was so hung up on his ex-girlfriend after she dumped him that he paid $18,000 to recreate her as a life-sized sex doll.
The 50-year-old man put together a collection of photos of his ex and told Italian adult toymaker Diego Bortolin: "I want it just like her but with bigger boobs", Italy's Il Messaggero newspaper said.

Mr Bortolin, who hasn't named the man, creates extremely realistic sex dolls at the factory behind his shop, named "Temptations" in English, in Treviso, Italy.

"She was a smiling blonde girl but he wanted bigger boobs and a curvier backside," Mr Bortolin said. "Our normal dolls are very realistic and everything works just like the real thing.

Mr Bortolin said he usually charges around $US5000 for the dolls, but that this particular project was more expensive "because we had to replicate everything, right down to the shape of her nails and teeth".

The doll weighs 58kg and is about 1.6m tall. Mr Bortolin said the doll is fully flexible and can take on any movement or position a human can.

"She is now the perfect girlfriend as far as I can see," Mr Bortolin said.

Summer Adventures!

It has been a busy summer for me. I hope to blog more now that my travels are over and since I don't sit in a cubicle all day anymore I have a regular desk now :) I have been to 11 states in the last 3 mths crazy huh! One of my Godchildren died on July 3rd he was 11 so I went to spend time with the family in WA state. While there I applied for some jobs it's one of the places I may be moving to.

I also had the pleasure of meeting my youngest Goddaughter she is 2 and she is the cutest thing. She calls me Cozie if you know my name you will understand. She is pictured her with her night light I got for her. She carries it around everywhere she go now.

During my travels I meet some wonderful people I'm glad I got to meet. I went to a Juicy Couture store in another state and brought myself a gift ^_^ I also went to two different IKEAs and had a blast shopping. My Goddaughter above was not happy that she wasn't tall enough to go to the kids play area. Before I hit the road for my final leg my tire psi was low so I had to get a new tire due to a hole in my tire. Good thing I always check my car before taking long drives. The free oil changes I get for two years is coming in handy.

My hair has been in many different styles since growing it out again. I may post one I'm unsure and still trying to decide. Now its back to getting up early. This week has been very productive but busy and good.

During my drive back I took this picture just ignore the bugs on the windshield ^_^

Double Trouble!

Down for their nap and have been for about 30min. They are so funny and smart. I was in my car and pulled up to the house around 8:30am and I was finishing up a phone call while sitting in my car. I look up and the twins who are 4 soon to be 5 next week, but you would think they were like 7 or 8 brain wise. OK back to the story! They were walking out of the front door smiling and staring at me in my car as to wonder why is she sitting in the car get out and they waved so I cut my call short. You had to be there.

It started off with what's in your bag? Of course I have something for them in there, right! So I pulled out the erasable crayons in the shape of a marker with an eraser on the end you have to rotate out the colors. Did that make any sense? Any way we started the morning off drawing. I drew each of them the Finnster wanted the picture of him while he was sitting in his car seat (booster seat) that was on the back porch which is where we were drawing. This I found difficult doing but mission accomplished. Sammie on the other hand I just drew while she was standing up drawing. After our art projects were complete we went inside for sign language class. It was actually pretty funny Sammie was more interested in it then the Finnster but they were taught there colors and some basics it was fun.

Then Sammie started looking in my bag again smiling and pulled out a zip lock bag of embroidered string with different colors in the bag and a roll of scotch tape. If you don't already know what coming beware of the embroidered string! Sammie said what have we have here and I smiled and said thread to make friendship bracelets. If your a girl or at least were a girl when I grew up you made friendship bracelets. I said they could pick four colors each Sammie picked her four the Finnster started picking colors I said cant you count to 100 and he said yes and I said well that's five he smiled and laughed and said yes I know I want a wider one and I said OK but I'm going to do Sammie’s first then he said OK. While I was cutting the string he said OK I have picked seven colors I wanted more but I had to stop myself with this serious look on his face.

We had lunch I read a couple books and nap time they went. Then I finished the little man bracelet. And now I’m blogging ^_^

It rained mud!!

Last night early this morning it rained mud. If I wasn't in such a rush to get off to my meeting I would have taken photos. I guess its call priorities. This is not my car but a photo of a car so you kinda get an idea of what mud rain does.

It's pretty cool if you think about it. Also nasty at the same time. Rumors have it the "dust cloud" came from Utah!! No comment ^_^ I love my fellow Utahans :)

Should I stay or should I go?

Hello to the readers who have stuck around even when I don't blog! I will be posting a blog poll soon and I want you and your followers to vote so spread the word PLEASE and have them follow my blog .... I will need votes to help with some decisions and new followers of course.

I'm doing good so don't think I've lost my mind okay! I want to try an experiment and see how it's like to be "kinda homeless" and I say kinda because I have money and will be able to eat and I have a home.

I want to try living out of my car for three months. I'm crazy right LOL LOL I know it sounds weird but it's something I've been thinking about for years. I want to see what it's like to kinda feel like you don't have a home. Since I work for me now :) I will have the time to do it now. I will have to be creative and come up with things to do during the day aside from my business stuff. I will have my laptop of course which means I will definitely be blogging A LOT and I mean A LOT especially at night... LOL LOL..I have been researching places I can park at night. The funny thing is the one place I do not go to or like welcomes people to park overnight trailers etc.... Wanna guess where that is? Yep!!! Walmart :)

Ok, Here is the deal! I'm gonna do it. The plan is for end of May the first of June so that's a month out to get everything in order. I will do a series of poll questions I think the first one will have something to do with how long you think I would last. I don't even know the answer to that. The plan is to move around and not stay in the same place city etc.... I will take photos and post during my journey. I'm really psych about this! I'm trying to think positive I've been told that I won't last a week. I think I can at least do a week for sure, but if I don't last I will have a home to come back to.

During the experiment I will not visit my residence, shop for unnecessary things like "Juicy Couture, Prada etc......" It will be me and my laptop maybe I can catch up with friends I haven't spent much time with and throw in mini road trips to places. I will be showering at my gym 24hr Fitness I have an all club membership and I'm paid up for the year so I should get some good workouts in hey I will have plenty of time since there open 24hr so I will definitely have to know where they are all located. I will map out where I will be traveling based on 24hr gyms ^_^ Who know I could loose that 50lb I've been working on.

I need feedback on what you all think. Once I do it I will be relying on comments to keep me going. So current readers! What are your thoughts? Any questions?

Zipline & Rappel

Our Hott Guides!! We were in good hands =) They told us if they had to save us to say "Thank you for saving me Papi" LOL

My friend who I traveled with and I on the ziplines this was my Birthday present to her she had a blast and so did I :) We did 7 different ziplines then we rappel and then we did the last zipline it was called tequila and it was a race zipline were two were next to each other.

This is the canyon view!!

We also rappel down a 180ft wall. I freaked initially and wouldn't go down while safely connected. After the first step off the edge I was ok rappelling down the wall. Once I got to the bottom I said "Thank you for saving me Papi" ;)

This is the Rappel wall!!

Snuba

Here are some photos from vacation I took while underwater going Snuba. The water isn't as clear as I'd hoped it would be but, I still had fun ^_^

I have no idea what I was looking at truth be known I was primarily focusing on breathing and the camera actually distracted me from freaking out.

We went down about 20ft. My camera actually only goes 10ft so just before we descended past 10ft my guide signaled to me so I gave him the camera and he took it up. I must say I love my new camera its water proof, shock proof 3.3ft, dust proof, and freeze proof -10ºC

Two birds with One stone

I got up this past Saturday morning just like any other Saturday and started my day without sleep again due to my sleep issues. I headed out to see the wizard for a 1pm appointment after the appointment I was driving home and as I was driving down Circle I noticed a couple on the opposite side of the road in an odd area where people should not be walking and a girl/woman was trying to get away from a guy/male person. As I passed them looking over I could not help but wonder if she needed help. If you know me you know what I did next ^_^

I went about 6 blocks up and turned around. I turned on my hazard lights once I turned around because it was three lanes and no room to pull over on the side of the road. Once I got to them I pulled over and let my passenger window down and asked the girl/woman if she needed help she was crying and said yes and I said get in the car. He was yelling and pushing her back saying she did not need help. At the same time this is occurring there was a truck behind me laying on the horn and that pissed me off so I took my seat belt off opened my door leaned out the door and flipped them off it felt good once I shut the door I looked over and raised my voice and said "if you don't let her get into the car I will call the police and wait til they get here." He then let her go trying to explain to me blah blah blah... She got into the car and he walked around the front of my car to come to my window I then locked the doors and took off Bruummmmmm..........

Once out of the area I pulled over and parked and asked if she was okay? I also asked her if she wanted me to take her to a friend or family member house. While crying she said "I don't know anybody here I'm flying out Monday to go back to school in Iowa. I asked her what she needed and she said "just time to think etc.." During this my friend texted that she was ready for me to pick her up to go buy her a car. I then turned to her and told her that I had to go pick up a female friend and take her car shopping so I asked if she wanted me to drop her off at a mall or restaurant or if she wanted to got with me to the dealership and think about it. She said "she wanted to go with me so she had more time to think" I said okay and off I went It turned out she was only 20yrs and here for the weekend with her boyfriend and she was from Pakistan.

I picked up my friend and car shopping we went. In between being in the dealership and going to the car to check on her for the next couple hours I felt like a chicken running around with its head cut off :) We made a safety plan for her I left my friend at the dealership and took her where she wanted to go. I gave her my number and told her to call if she needed anything or to call the police and if she needed a safe place til Monday I would put her up in a hotel and she could catch the shuttle to the airport on Monday.

I must admit this was my first experience flipping someone the Bird and it felt good! Now I get the finger ^_^

Porn and House Guest!

First let me update you on my living situation. I have a roommate living in the apartment with me and there friend is staying with us so yes we have taken in another stray. So last night early this morning I woke up close to 2am to go to the bathroom as I approached the bathroom I noticed the lights on so I half closed my eyes so I wouldn't wake up walking toward the bathroom as soon as I got to the door I reached for the light switch to turn it off. There are two light switches since the bathroom is so long only the first on was on.

I then walked toward the toilet. I proceeded to sit down once sitting I felt something under my foot like paper. I then reached for the light switch next to the toilet. Good thing I was taken a piss otherwise I would have pissed myself. When I looked down there were at least 5 porn magazines on the floor next to the toilet. All I could see was a big ass staring at me. I immediately turned the light off finished using the bathroom and left the bathroom without washing my hands. As soon as I got to my room I kept saying over and over in my head that was not real that was not real and used my hand sanitizer in my room like 3 time LOL, then I got back in bed and went to sleep.

When I woke up to get ready to go to work I was scared to go into the bathroom LOL, but I braved it and it was clear. I know it was not my roommate because I noticed their bedroom door was closed as I returned. So our guess was apparently enjoying himself in the middle of the night LOL I can't wait to see him this evening. I don't know what I'm going to say to him knowing me I will smile and shake my head. I must have gotten up to go to the bathroom at a moment he stepped away since the lights were on. He must know I went to the bathroom because I just about flew off the toilet when I was done causing a loud noise LOL LOL

Career

I'm looking into changing careers. I know I have been with my company for almost a decade and I have enjoyed it. I am no longer happy at work and that is a sign to me that maybe I should consider moving on.

My job has nothing to do with what I went to college for. I'm not even interested in what I went to college for anymore. I am considering going back to school full-time or take a part-time job and work on my business more full time. This will be the year of change for me and I'm leaning more for the better and not the worst.

Relocation, relocation, relocation is also at the top of my list right now. I'm still trying to figure out where I'm going to live and if it will be in this state. I've got several options I just can't decide on anything right now. I'm being very picky right now on places and don't want to settle on anything.

Happy 2K10 Everyone!

Happy New Year Everyone! I have missed you all! I promise to work on blogging more this year and not slack off after Summer again.

The first three months of the year is true test for everyone regardless if you have a New Year resolutions or not. It pretty much gauges how your year is going to go. For me this year the first month is my true test. I have a lot of things going on. One being I'm in the process of relocating to a new place. I still have my fingers cross on if my Mother will be moving in with me or not. I will not know til mid January. if she relocates this will be the first time my Mother has lived outside the state she was born in. I will be moving at the end of January 2010 Woo Hoo!

I must say I'm pretty excited. I look forward to shopping ^_^ for my new place. This will be a new beginning. I already know what my house warming present will be. Can you say "Wii" *_* I have wanted one for the last year, but have not purchased it due to me having roommates and not wanting to pack it up everyday when I leave for work etc... After this week I hope to know a little more about where my future stands with work and possibility relocating out of state or it could be known by the end of the month Who knows? Things are always changing! Change is good I welcome it now. I love you all and let's have a good year!!!!!!!!!!
